Brigade Gateway is the second kind: a 9.7-acre campus with two residential towers of 297 homes each, an office project and shared amenities.
Neopolis, where Gateway sits, is a planned district in Kokapet with wide roads and mixed-use blocks, so the surroundings add to what the campus provides. Gateway carries RERA number P02400009142 and a listed handover of November 2029.
If you want a larger, plotted or villa township, none is announced by Brigade in Hyderabad at present. Register interest to be told if that changes.
Scale alone does not make a township work. These are the qualities to look for.
Look for a published plan showing where homes, commercial space, schools and open areas sit, and when each phase is due.
Groceries, healthcare, schools and a clubhouse within walking distance reduce daily trips and add convenience.
A clear structure for upkeep, security and common charges, including who runs the community after handover.
Road width, transit access and the commute to your workplace matter as much as the amenities inside the gate.
A township is built in phases. Make sure the phase you pick has its own RERA registration and handover date.
Amenities, schools and retail shown in the master plan may be in later phases. Ask which are approved and when.
Large communities have larger common-area costs. Ask for a maintenance estimate per square foot.
Check the number on rera.telangana.gov.in and read the payment schedule and delay clause.
Where possible, visit an existing Brigade community and ask residents about upkeep and management.
