Tell us your budget, bedrooms and preferred area. We will check for available ready homes in Brigade communities and share what we find.
A ready-to-move home has received its occupancy certificate and can be occupied now. There is no construction risk, you see exactly what you buy, and you can start living or renting out straight away.
Brigade has delivered communities in Moti Nagar and a luxury address in Banjara Hills, but the projects listed on this site are new and upcoming, and the earliest listed handover is Manor in February 2029. Availability of resale or remaining ready homes changes, so ask for the current position.
If you need a home within a year, a ready-to-move or resale home is the practical route. If you can wait, the Under Construction and New Launch pages cover the nearer and further options.

You can walk through the actual home, check finishes, light and views, and compare with the brochure.
No rent while you wait and, if you have a loan, EMIs start on the full amount at once but you also start using the home.
Ready homes usually cost more per sq ft than launch-stage units because the construction risk has gone.
Only the unsold or resale units are available, so you may not get your preferred floor or facing.
The paperwork matters even more when the home is finished.
Ask for the OC and completion certificate, and confirm that the building matches the approved plan.
For resale, have a lawyer check the chain of title, the society no-objection and any loan on the home.
Check plumbing, electricals, seepage, door and window fit, and the condition of the common areas.
Confirm maintenance dues, property tax and utility bills are paid, and ask about transfer fees.
Pay stamp duty, register the deed and update the property tax and utility records in your name.
If no ready home fits, projects that are further along in construction come closest. See the Under Construction page for projects with RERA numbers and listed dates, and the New Launch page for those at the earlier stage.
When you compare, add the cost of renting during the wait. A cheaper under-construction home can cost more overall once rent is included.

Ready to move removes construction risk and waiting but costs more and offers less choice. Under construction costs less and offers choice but carries delay risk. It depends on your timeline.
An OC is issued by the local authority after a building is completed according to the approved plan. It is needed before you can legally occupy the home.
GST is generally not charged on completed homes that have received an occupancy certificate. Confirm with the seller and your tax adviser.
